Rita looks forward to meeting and discussing your fitness and nutrition goals - She accepts new clients on an ongoing basis and works with people of all ages and abilities.

Personal Training – 1 hour sessions:

Single session – One time only (Instructional):  $75

Ongoing Training:
  • One session per week:  $55 each
  • Two or more sessions per week:  $50 each
  • Group sessions (maximum of 3 persons) – $35 per person, per session

Packages:
  • 5 session package: $225
  • 10 session package: $400

Diet Coaching

Diet Program - Non-Competitors

Cost:  $200.00 per month - in-person or remote (phone/Skype/etc.)

Includes:
  • Initial Session and Analysis Including:
    • Evaluation and History
    • Body Composition Analysis
    • Diet Program
    • Support Information
  • Monthly Ongoing Coaching
    • Meet / talk with Rita up to 3 times a month for 15 to 30 minutes to:
      • Answer Questions and Address Challenges
      • Receive Education and Support
      • Be held Accountable and Help you stay on track
      • Get Tips and Menu Suggestions
  • Once a month, Rita will:
    • Reevaluate and monitor your progress
    • Review/Complete a Body composition analysis
    • Adjust your diet (if needed)
    • Encourage and Support you on your Journey!

Contest and Event Preparation

In Person - Greater Cincinnati Area

  • 13 to 20 weeks prior to the Event or Contest:  $750.00
  • 8 to 12 weeks prior to the Event or Contest:  $700.00
  • Less than 8 weeks to the Event or Contest: $875.00

Service Includes:
  • Individualized competition preparation from start to stage
  • Diet and supplement program, with revisions
  • Body fat analyses
  • Physique evaluation
  • Training advice
  • Posing presentation * (extra charges may apply)

 DISTANCE (ON LINE):

 Cost:  Based on Your Needs

  Services can Include:
  • Initial diet and supplement plan
  • Initial physique evaluation
  • Training advice
  •  Weekly phone or email consultations
  •  Final 8 weeks:  Bi-weekly to weekly review / revision of program as needed
